Research & Whitepapers

Science that drives real-world results.

Everything we build is rooted in behavioral science and clinical psychology. We pursue consistent, meaningful results - not just what works once. Our research base spans validity testing, multi-method analysis, and independent peer review.

Rigorously Validated

Built on independent science, not assumptions.

Care Predictor's tools are tested for behavioral and psychometric validity - cross-validated across multiple independent samples to ensure accuracy, consistency, and equity. Our assessments are unbiased, reliable, and replicable across diverse practitioner populations. Our commitment to quality data drives outcomes in behavioral healthcare.

Predictive of Job Performance

A model built on empirical research.

Care Predictor generates predictive scores based on 24 relevant personal attributes identified through empirical research. These scores indicate care providers more likely to establish collaborative relationships, benefiting both clients and colleagues. The tool's predictive validity stems from its foundation in established research linking specific therapist characteristics to alliance formation and treatment outcomes.

The system incorporates machine learning designed to provide real-time iterative improvements as additional data becomes available - ensuring continuous refinement of predictive accuracy while maintaining the tool's scientific foundation.

The Science Behind It

The academics behind the Care Predictor assessments.

In 2021, Dr. Loren Martin, Ph.D. in Neuroscience, spearheaded a scientific and in-depth exploration of the factors that drive success in behavioral healthcare. In his extensive research he independently spent over 3,000 hours developing the Care Predictor Index.

This work was then rigorously reviewed and validated by a distinguished panel of clinical academics who brought expertise spanning psychology, medicine, and organizational science.
