Dean’s a rare find. He started his career as a therapist, founded his own outpatient center, and later helped launch and grow one of the leading behavioral health tech platforms, Avea by Kipu. Most recently, he was a Principal at Kipu Health. Along the way, he’s built a reputation for driving results while keeping people – clients, teams, and care providers – at the center of the work.
At Care Predictor, we help behavioral health organizations hire, develop, and retain great teams using data and insights that actually make a difference. Dean gets that. He knows that great care starts with great people—and that when teams thrive, clients do too.
